Welcome to our latest project showcase! We're excited to share with you our recent renovation project in the heart of Chalfont St. Giles. The owner of this stunning property was looking to modernise the space and create a more open-plan feel, and we were delighted to bring her vision to life.

Our team took on the challenge of refurbishing the kitchen, four bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, and living room of this property. We wanted to create a seamless flow between the living spaces and let more natural light in. To achieve this, we created a new opening and foundation and installed box frame steels for the bifold door in the living room. This created a stunning feature that brings the outside in and enhances the overall feel of the space.

We also created a new opening for the French doors in the kitchen diner and carried out brickwork finishing outside. This feature opens up the kitchen area and brings in more light, making it the perfect spot for entertaining guests.

In addition to the new doors, we removed the internal walls that separated the kitchen, storage room, and dining room, creating an open-plan area. We installed steels to support the upper floors and walls, ensuring the space was structurally sound.

The crowning jewel of this project is the beautiful new kitchen that the owner supplied. It's sleek, modern and complements the space perfectly. We added fine modern appliances to the downstairs washing cabinet and first-floor bathroom, giving them a new lease of life.

As well as the internal work, we installed new aqua drainage channelling in front of the bifold and French doors outside. This ensures the property is well-protected against any water damage.

All this was achieved within a tight six-week timeframe, and we're thrilled with the results. The owner was a pleasure to work with and had a clear vision for the space. Her input was invaluable, and we worked collaboratively to ensure that her expectations were met.
